I was so excited to hear that one of my very first roommates, Stefanie and her boyfriend Matt, recently got engaged. I was a bit intimidated to make her two tier, Lemon Raspberry cake when I was told her fiance is a chef, but was also very flattered when he loved it. Congrats Matt and Stef! Matt, you are getting an awesome roommate!
